Speech feature for OS other than WinXP (Windows 95/98/ME/2000)
Please download and install TTSTest.msi (7MB) to enable voice driving directions in Windows 9x/2000. This program contains the Microsoft Text-to-speech engine 6.1 and a TTS test program.
To install it, just double-click on the file to install the program. If you have trouble to double-click and run .MSI extension, please install the AGPS first.

Installation Instructions

1. Please read and agree upon the disclaimer before you unpack the package.
2. Unzip the file and run the Setup program to install the DLL.
3. Run the MapPoint, click on the menu 'Tools->Add-ins' and make sure the Advanced GPS add-in is checked
4. If Advanced GPS is not shown up on the list, then click the [Add..] button to add the DLL into the program.
5. Click on the Tools->Advanced GPS to start the program
